Statement has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 i.e SHO PS Daharki along with copy of FIR No.80/2013 registered at PS Daharki regarding alleged abduction of petitioner No.2 Mst.Sartaj d/o Muhammad Ishaque Domki. In the statement it has been stated that the aforesaid FIR has been disposed of under ‘C’ class in view of statement of Mst.Sartaj who being suijuris has contracted marriage with petitioner No.1 namely Khalid Hussain.
In view of above facts the purpose of filing of instant petition has served out. Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of, however, concerned police is directed to provide protection to the petitioners strictly in accordance with law.
