Instant petition was filed on 26.12.2012 alleging harassment by the police at the instance of private respondents in respect of some dispute over land. However, after having filed instant petition and after obtaining interim order on 31.12.2012 petitioner and his counsel have not come forward to proceed with the matter, who appears to have lost interest.

Instant petition is pending since 26.12.2012, whereas, interim order is operating, therefore, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
