Petitioners and their counsel are called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 03.12.2013, whereby, the petitioners, who were the students at Alfalah Paramedical Institute, Military Road, Sukkur, expressed their grievance that respondents i.e. Principal, Alfalah Para Medical Institute, Sukkur and Director/Controller, Sindh Medical Faculty Kala Pull, Saddar town, Karachi, who according to petitioners, did not allow the petitioners to appear in the paramedical training. However, record shows that after filing instant petition, the petitioners and their counsel have not remained vigilant to pursue the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress, whereas, no substantial order has been passed by this Court in the instant petition.

It appears that the petitioners have lost interest to proceed with the instant petition or their grievance stands redressed. This Court is left with no option but to dismiss the instant petition for non-prosecution, which is accordingly dismissed.
