                        Petitioners and their Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 14.11.2012, wherein the petitioners have alleged harassment by the respondents No.4, 6 & 8 in respect of some construction work on the subject property. However, after having filed instant petition, the petitioners and their Counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2012 without any useful progress. It appears that petitioners and their counsel have lost interest to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
