Pursuant to Court notice, Shahryar Kharal, C.M.O, Municipal Committee, Gambat shown appearance and submit that in view of the orders passed by Election Commission of Pakistan, the tender process has been suspended. However, states that as soon as the tender forms will be issued, request of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and relevant rules.

Learned Counsel for petitioner on such statement made by respondent No.2 is satisfied. Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of.
