Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 29.10.2013, whereby the petitioner has prayed that the respondents may be directed to allow his son Sameer Ali and daughter Simran to sit in the School and provide books to them. Learned Counsel for respondents submits that instant petition has become infructuous, whereas, after filing instant petition, petitioner and his Counsel are not coming forward to proceeding with the matter, which is pending since 2013, therefore, in view of considerable lapse of time instant petition otherwise has become infructuous. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
