Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not come forward to issue instructions, therefore, he will not press instant petition, however, submits that if there will be any fresh cause of action, which may accrue or the respondents will cause any harassment to the petitioner, the petitioner will be at liberty to file fresh petition in accordance with law.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as not pressed along with listed application, however, in case of any grievance to the petitioner, the petitioner will be at liberty to seek remedy in accordance with law.
