Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. After having filed instant petition on 25.11.2014 the petitioner and his counsel have not proceeded with the matter with due diligence, whereas, matter is being fixed for orders as to non-prosecution.

Today also neither the petitioner nor his counsel is in attendance. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
