After having filed instant petition, petitioners and their Counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2012 without any useful progress, whereas, the petition otherwise appears to be misconceived. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
