Petitioner called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 01.11.2013 whereby the petitioner has disputed the bifurcation of Union Council Sami into two constituencies i.e Union Council Sahita at New Goth Sahita. However, after having filed instant petition, it appears that petitioner has not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress, it appears that petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
