Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 01.11.2013, alleging harassment by respondents No.4 & 5. On 01.11.2013, the following order was passed.

“4&5. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been challaned on 15.1.2013 by the Anti-Corruption Police, yet the respondents No.4 & 5 are causing harassment to the petitioner in the same matter.

Let notice in the first instance; be issued to the respondents No.4 & 5 to file their report/ comments on 14.11.2013. In the meanwhile, no harassment in violation of law, be caused to the petitioner. However, any legal action required to be taken in the matter, shall be taken by them, in accordance with law.”

However, thereafter the petitioner and his Counsel have not come forward to proceed with the matter, which is pending without any useful progress. Moreover, the challan against the petitioner has already been submitted. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
