Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was disposed of vide order dated 12.11.2014 in the following terms:

“The petitioner is directed to approach the Electric Inspector for redressal of his grievance. The Electric Inspector is directed that if the petitioner approaches him by filing an application, the said application be considered and decided in accordance with law, within one month.

The petition, along with listed application, is disposed of accordingly.”

Thereafter, it appears that petitioner filed Contempt Application, however, notices have not been issued so far. Today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is in attendance. Accordingly, Contempt Application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
