Pursuant
to court directions Ahmed Bux Bhatti has shown appearance who submits that he
is father of Mst.Nasreen who was divorced by her ex-husband namely Allah Rakha
about five years back, thereafter she was residing with him. He has further
stated that he has no objection if Mst.Nasreen intends to enter into contract
of second marriage with Arbaz Ali s/o Muneer Abbas who is also present in court.
Petitioner Mt.Nasreen has been produced before the court who submits that she
intends to enter into contract of marriage with Arbaz Ali, however said Nikah
may be directed to be performed in the precinct of Darul Aman Sukkur as she
apprehends threats to her life at the hands of her relative, thereafter, she
may be allowed to go
along with her husband Arbaz Ali and police protection may also be provided.
Arbaz Ali present in court submits that he is willing to marry with
Mst.Nasreen.
In view of hereinabove facts and circumstances of the case, instant petition is disposed of with directions to incharge Darul Aman Sukkur to arrange for Nikah of Mst.Nasreen d/o Ahmed Bux Bhatti with Arbaz Ali s/o Muneer Abbas in the precinct of Darul Aman Sukkur tomorrow by 2.00 p.m, whereafter, Mst.Nasreen may be allowed to go along with her husband Arbaz Ali under police protection to their safe destination, whereas, concerned police shall provide protection to the couple in respect of their free will marriage.
Instant petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Copy of this order be supplied to incharge Darul Aman Sukkur.
