Petitioner and his counsel are called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 07.12.2011, whereby, the petitioner has sought quashment of FIR No.46/2011 registered at PS Shahpur District Matyari. On 14.12.2011 when notice was issued in the instant petition, the respondents were directed that no further steps in pursuance of FIR No.46/2011 registered at PS Shahpur shall be taken. However, record shows that after obtaining such orders, the petitioner and his counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2011. It appears that either grievance of the petitioner is redressed or petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
