Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. After having filed instant petition on 09.10.2014 the petitioner and his counsel have not proceeded with the matter with due diligence, whereas, matter is being fixed for orders as to non-prosecution.

Today also neither the petitioner nor his counsel is in attendance. It appears that the petitioner is seeking directions in respect of his salary, which grievance otherwise can be agitated by the petitioner by approaching the relevant forum/authority. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
