Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not coming forward to issue instructions for the last several years.

Record shows that instant petition was filed on 17.10.2012, whereby the petitioner has expressed his grievance regarding entries in revenue record. However, after having filed instant petition, the petitioner is not coming forward to proceed with the matter or even to issue instructions to the learned counsel, which reflects that either the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed or the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2012 without any useful progress.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, however, if the grievance of the petitioner found to be genuine and has not so far been redressed by the official respondents, they are directed to do the needful in accordance with law.
