Petitioner called absent, no intimation received. On 21.10..2014 petitioner was directed to satisfy the Court as to maintainability of this petition so also produce the documents showing ownership over the disputed land. Thereafter the matter was fixed on 03.12.2014 when the petitioner remained absent without any intimation. Today again the petitioner is not in attendance, it is now 1:45 p.m.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
