                                                             .-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner has not been so far redressed, whereas, the respondents have not deleted the detection bill as according to the learned counsel the same does not pertain to the meter of the petitioner which was already replaced by the SEPCO authorities and presently the petitioner is making payment of electricity dues on flat rate. However, nothing has been placed on record to substantiate his contention that the petitioner is regularly making payment of bill.

In view of hereinabove circumstance of the case the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the SEPCO authorities to look into the matter and redress the grievance of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law after having heard and passed appropriate order and ensure that the petitioner will be required to pay the electricity charges in respect of units which are being actually consumed by the petitioner. Whereas, as regard detection bill the petitioner may approach the concerned electric inspector who shall decide the matter within four weeks. In the meanwhile the petitioner shall continue to pay the current bill and his connection shall not be disconnected.
