“Petitioner
and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. As an indulgence the
matter is being adjourned to be fixed after two weeks, with note of caution
that if the office objection is not complied with before the next date of
hearing, instant petition will be dismissed for non-prosecution.”
Today neither petitioner nor his Counsel shown
appearance, whereas office objection has not been complied with, it appears
that petitioner has lost interest to pursue this petition, which is accordingly
dismissed for
non-prosecution.
