Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Statement has been filed on behalf of Incharge SHO Police Station, Pano Akil, wherein it has been stated that there is dispute between the parties over land and police is not causing any harassment to the petitioner. It has been further stated that in case any cognizable offence committed by any party, the police will proceed in accordance with law, however, will not interfere in respect of their private civil dispute, if any. Instant petition was filed on 13.9.2013, alleging harassment by the private respondents in connivance of police. However, record shows that after having filed instant petition, petitioner has not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, appears to have lost interest. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
