                        Petitioners and their Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 11.9.2013 by the petitioners seeking protection in respect of their freewill marriage. However, after having filed instant petition in the office, petitioners and their counsel did not remain vigilant to proceed with the matter which has been fixed in Court after lapse of about three years. It appears that petitioners have lost interest to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed applications.
