Mr. Shahryar Imdad Awan, Asstt: A.G along with Muhammad Yousif Keerio, Ex. B.M Sindh Bench Limited Minara Road, Sukkur and Syed Wilayat Hussain Shah, Agri: Credit Officer, Sindh Bank Sukkur.

 

                        Pursuant to contempt application filed on behalf of petitioner, reply has been filed by alleged contemnor wherein it has been stated that the allegations as contained in the contempt application are false, whereas, no contempt of court order has been made. It has been further stated that request of the petitioner was considered in accordance with law, however, could not be acceded in view of relevant rules and policy. While confronted with such factual position, learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the alleged contemnor may be directed to pass formal order on the request of the petitioner seeking relief in respect of Bank loan.

                        Muhammad Yousuf Keerio, Ex B.M Sindh Bank present in Court submits that though there is no provision of passing any formal order in this regard, however, a formal order will be passed on the request of the petitioner within a period of 15 days.

                        Accordingly, instant contempt application stands disposed of. The petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Officer in writing within one week of the date of passing this order, whereafter, appropriate orders may be passed on such application by the concerned Officer within two weeks of the receipt of such application.
