            Mr. Sunder Khan Chachar holding brief for Mr.Ghulam Shabir Shar Advocate for petitioner, has drawn the attention of this Court to the statement filed by the petitioner for withdrawal of this petition.

                       

                        Petitioner Mir Ghulam Ali Talpur has filed statement dated 30.11.2015, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner does not want to press instant petition, which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed along with listed application.
