                        Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition is pending since 2012, whereas, petitioner and his Counsel are not coming forward to proceed with the matter. On 13.4.2016, the following order was passed:-

“Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Office has issued direct notice to petitioner and respondents but the same ha been returned un-served.

 

Let the notice be repeated to all concerned for next date, when Investigating Officer of Crime No.18/2012 under section 365-B, 34 PPC of Police Station Nabi Shah Waggan, District Shikarpur shall be in attendance.

Adjourned to a date to be fixed by office.”

 

                        Today neither petitioner nor his Counsel have shown appearance, despite issuance of notice for today. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
