Petitioners and their Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 15.8.2013, whereby petitioners have sought prayer that respondent No.2 may be directed to supply true copy of order dated 7.8.2013 to the petitioners and declare that the alleged change made in the order dated 07.8.2013 at the instance of private respondents are illegal. However, record shows that after having filed instant petition, the petitioners and their counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress, it appears that petitioners and their counsel have lost interest to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
