                        Petitioners and their counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 10.7.2013 seeking quashment of F.I.R No. 187 of 2013 registered at police station, Pano Akil. On 10.7.2013, notices were issued to the respondents, whereas, concerned S.H.O was directed to record the statement of petitioner Mst. Perozan, however, thereafter neither petitioners nor their Counsel have remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress, it appears that either the petitioners have lost interest or their grievance has been redressed. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
