Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 18.7.2013, whereas, on 25.7.2013, when the matter was taken up for hearing in Court, learned Counsel for the petitioner was directed to satisfy this Court as to maintainability of instant petition, as in view of the facts in respect of civil dispute between the parties as stated in the instant petition. Thereafter, petitioner and his Counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
