Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 17.7.2013, whereby petitioner has expressed his grievance regarding inaction on the part of official respondents, who according to petitioner started the construction work of disputed road from Salehpat- Sikanderabad to Village Nabi Bux Mangrio, inspite constructed said road from the village of the petitioner to village Khamiso Khan Mangrio. After having filed the instant petition, the petitioner and his Counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress, whereas, construction of road by respondents prima-facie appears to be a policy decision. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
