Petitioner called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was presented in the office on 28.9.2011 alleging some dispute with regard to electricity bill issued by SEPCO authorities. However, after having filed instant petition, petitioner has not come forward to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2012 without any useful progress, it appears that petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter, which otherwise has become infructuous on account of pendency of the case during all these years. Moreover, the petitioner has also remedy for approaching the Electric Inspector for redressal of his grievance relating to electricity dispute. Accordingly, instant petition is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.
