Learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed statement which is taken on record. Copy supplied to the learned D.A.G.

Mr. Khadim Hussain, Senior Clerk, made his appearance on behalf of Respondent No.6 and has placed on record a copy of order dated 18.8.2015 issued by Superintending Engineer, Operation Circle SECPCO, Sukkur in reply of petitioner, which reads as follows:-

“Mr.Mazhar Ali Pathan, Meter Reader of Operation Sub-Division SEPCO, Sukkur-II placed under suspension vide office order No.cited above and attached with Operation Circle SEPCO Sukkur, is hereby provisionally re-instated in service without prejudice the outcome of enquiry pending against him.

The Ex-Pakistan leave w.e.f 18.8.2015 to 01.10.2015 (45 days) is hereby sanction in respect of Mr. Mazhar Ali Pathan, Meter Reader on account of “Performance of Hajj” under WAPDA Employees Leave Rules, 1982. After performance of Hajj he will report in this office for marking his attendance.”

Learned D.A.G submits that since the grievance of the petitioner agitated through the instant petition has been redressed, hence the instant petition may be disposed of. Learned Counsel for the petitioner present in Court who is satisfied and does not press this petition, which is accordingly disposed of as not pressed.
