Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. On last date of hearing i.e 27.4.2015 also no one was in attendance on behalf of the petitioner without any intimation and the matter was dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.

Through instant listed application, petitioner has sought recalling of the aforesaid order, however has not been vigilant even pursing this application. Accordingly, the listed application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
