                        No one is in attendance on behalf of petitioner, no intimation is received. Instant application was filed on 02.06.2014 through which petitioner has sought restoration of the petition which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 08.04.2014. However, it appears that even after dismissal of instant petition and filing of instant application for restoration, the petitioner has not been vigilant to pursue this application. Today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present whereas no intimation is received. Accordingly, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss instant application for non-prosecution.
