                        Petitioners and their counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 17.7.2013, whereby the petitioners have expressed their grievances against the official respondents, who according to the petitioner did not supply irrigation water to the petitioners by convincing with the private respondents. However, after having filed instant petition, the petitioners and their Counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.  However, the petitioners may be at liberty to approach the relevant Engineer of Irrigation Department to express their grievance, which shall be entertained and needful, shall be done strictly in accordance with law.
