Instant petition is pending since 2010 without any useful progress. Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner will approach the concerned XEN, SEPCO Ghotki for redressal of his grievance.

Muhammad Azeem Abbasi, S.D.O (Operation) Division SEPCO, Khanpur Mahar is present in Court and submits that if petitioner will approach them with proper complaint, which will be decided in accordance with law as per rules. Accordingly instant petition is disposed of in the above terms.
