Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 17.7.2013, whereby petitioner has expressed his grievance against the official respondents, who did not allow the petitioner to carry-out his business of Hotel at Khenjoo Bus Stand Dahar Wah Bridge, Daharki during the Holy Month of Ramzan as per principle of Ihtram-e-Ramzan Ordinance 1981, as according to petitioner Schools, Bus Stops, Airports, Railway Stations and Hospitals etc. are exempted under the aforesaid Ordinance. However, after having filed instant petition, the petitioner and his Counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, it appears that either the grievance of petitioner was redressed or petitioner lost interest to proceed with the matter, which is pending since, 2013. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
