Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. Record shows that instant petition was disposed of vide order dated 14.05.2013 whereafter the listed applications were filed by petitioner seeking Review of the order dated 14.05.2013 and alleging contempt of Court orders at the same time by the alleged contemnors. However, it appears that the applicant has not remained vigilant to pursue the listed applications which are being fixed for non-prosecution since then.

Today, also no one has shown appearance whereas no intimation is received. Under the circumstances, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss both the listed applications CMA-Nos. 5572 and 6107 of 2013 for non-prosecution.
