18.08.2015
Mr. Illahi Bux
Jamali for the petitioner.
..............
After arguing the matter at some
length, learned counsel submits that he will not press
the instant petition if respondents may be directed to consider the claim of
the petitioner regarding TA/DA for his appearance before the Institute of
Clinical Psychology (ICP) Karachi, for psychological assessment.
Prima facie, we are of the tentative
opinion that the petition is not maintainable, however, since learned counsel
for the petitioner does not press instant petition, we
dismiss the same as not pressed along with the listed applications. However,
the respondents may consider the request of the petitioner strictly in
accordance with rules and regulations, if the petitioner approaches to the
respondents for such purpose.
