Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. On the last date of hearing when the matter was fixed in Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to satisfy the Court as to maintainability of this petition, however, neither he has satisfied the Court regarding maintainability nor has shown appearance without any intimation. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the instant petition, which is dismissed for non-prosecution along with the listed application.
