Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after having filed instant petition, the petitioner has not come forward to issue instructions.

Instant matter is pending since 2011 and the petitioner has not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, wherein, transfer and posting order has been challenged, which otherwise appears to be misconceived. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
