Mr. Ameer Ahmed Shaikh has filed vakalatnama and statement on behalf of respondents Nos.2 to 4 and submits that request of the petitioner cannot be exceeded as there is complete ban for shifting of connection due to already heavy load on industrial feeder, whereas, it is also far away from present location.

Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to pursue the matter, which was filed on 16.08.2011 whereafter the petitioner has not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondents who shall consider the request of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and policy.
