Learned counsel for the petitioner in view of recent order passed by this Court in a number of other identical petitions relating to appointment on the basis of deceased quota, does not press the listed applications and submits that the petitioner will produce the copy of such order before the respondents, who may be directed to decide the case of the petitioner in similar terms.

Accordingly, listed applications are dismissed as not pressed, however, the petitioner may be at liberty to approach the respondents seeking his appointment on the basis of deceased quota, which may be considered by the respondents strictly in accordance with law and keeping in view the recent orders passed by this Court in other identical petitions relating to appointment on the basis of deceased quota, pursuant to amendment made in Rule 11-A of Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973.
