Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instruction, does not press instant petition, as according to learned counsel, after investigation of both the FIRs, challan has been submitted before the learned trial Court, who may be directed to proceed in accordance with law.

Comments have been filed on behalf of respondent No.4 and 6, which are taken on record and copy supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as not pressed, however, learned trial Court may proceed strictly in accordance with law.
