Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 30.08.2012, with the prayer that respondents may be directed to supply water to the petitioner and other khatedars as per share list. After having filed instant petition it appears that the petitioner and his counsel have never shown appearance, whereas, instant petition is pending since 2012 without any useful progress. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest or his grievance is redressed.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, however, in case the grievance of the petitioner has not so far been redressed, petitioner may be at liberty to approach the concerned XEN, who shall consider the request of the petitioner to supply water strictly in accordance with law and as per share list.
