Petitioner and his counsel are called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 13.08.2012, whereby, the petitioner has claimed his salary with effect from 10.11.2011 till date. Notices were issued, pursuant to which comments have been filed on behalf of respondents, which reflect that the claim of the petitioner was disputed on account of verification of his appointment order.

It appears that the petitioner in view of the comments filed on behalf of respondents, has lost interest to pursue the matter, which is pending since 2012 without any useful progress.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with the listed application, however, it may be observed that if the appointment order of the petitioner is verified by the respondents, needful may be done in accordance with law.
