Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 19.06.2013 by the petitioners seeking quashment of FIR No.103/2013 registered at PS A-Section, Ghotki, under Section 337-A(i), 337-F(i), 147, 148, 149, 504 PPC for being false and frivolous. However, record shows that after having filed instant petition, the petitioners and their counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, instant petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed applications.
