Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was presented in the office of this Court on 28.5.2012. Thereafter the matter has never been fixed in Court which reflects that petitioner and his Counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since, 2012 without any useful progress. Today also neither petitioner nor his Counsel are in attendance, whereas, no intimation received, therefore, this court has left with no option except to dismiss instant petition for non-prosecution, which is hereby dismissed as such along with listed applications.
