Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. On 13.06.2013 the matter was fixed for non-prosecution, however, at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner two weeks further time was granted for compliance of office objection. No compliance has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, whereas, instant petition is pending since 25.04.2013 whereafter the petitioner has not proceeded with the matter with due diligence. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter, which is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution along with the listed application.
