Statements filed on behalf of respondents No.3 and 4, taken on record. Pursuant to court notice respondents shown appearances, who have denied the allegations contained in the instant petition and submit that no harassment whatsoever has been caused by respondents to the petitioners. Respondent No.5 Latif Dino is present along with his two children, who submits that he has never divorced the petitioner Mst. Shaban, however, he will seek his remedy in accordance with law before competent court of jurisdiction. In view of such statement learned counsel for the petitioners is satisfied and does not press instant petition.
Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of, however, concerned police is directed to provide protection to petitioner Mst.Shabana in accordance with law.
