After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the parties while confronted with the legal provision with regard to scope and application of section 22-A, Cr.P.C, and the various orders already passed by this Court on the subject controversy, do not press instant petitions and submit that the parties will seek their remedy before competent Court of jurisdiction in respect of dispute over land in accordance with law.

Accordingly, instant petitions stand dismissed as not pressed along with listed/pending applications.
