Petitioner
and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. On 12.6.2013, the matter
was taken up for hearing in Court and following order was passed:-
“Notice to
respondents as well as A.A.G. Learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to
satisfy the Court about maintainability of this petition before this Court as
FIR No.86/2013 of P.S Ratodero for which quashment is being sought, has been regisrered
in District Larkana.”
Thereafter
the petitioner has not come forward either to satisfy this Court as to
maintainability of instant petition or to proceed with the matter. A copy of
statement dated 28.8.2013 has been filed by ASI Police Station Ratodero, District Larkana, which
is taken on record. Learned Asstt: A.G submits that
as per statement Crime No. 86 of 2013 registered at police station, Ratodero has been disposed of under “C” class. Accordingly,
instant petition stands disposed of along with listed application.
